1) Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Life Moments and related services provided by Datafox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2) Description of the Service
Life Moments is a mobile application designed to help users capture, organize, and relive personal memories, including moments, dates, places, people, photos, and related content.
3) Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing
Life Moments offers subscription-based access. A free trial may be available for eligible users. After the trial ends, an active subscription is required to continue using the app.
- Payment is charged through your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4) User Content
You are responsible for the content you create, store, or manage within the app, including photos, text, dates, places, and other personal information. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use that content.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with the app’s normal operation or security.
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
6) Privacy

7) Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice, to maintain, improve, or update the app.
8) Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable and secure experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datafox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
11) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise in your jurisdiction.
